What is included in a standard booking ?

We will text you a reminder of the booking with time of pick-up , vehicle registration number and colour, along with your driver's name.

Do I have to pre-pay for my booking?

As a private hire company with its license by the local county council, we HAVE to operate a pre booking and pre payment service.

What happens if I miss my connection due to traffic?

We can only suggest journey times and cannot be responsible for delays due to traffic, road works etc (or items beyond our control).

Do I get charged for carparking and waiting charge if my flight is late or delayed?

Yes, a waiting charge and out of pocket expenses are payable if more than 1 hour waiting time is required, as we cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control.
